Rockpile Bourbon, Defined

Rockpile Bourbon is built on balance. Between coasts. Between tradition and experimentation. Between patience and precision.
At its core, this is a straight bourbon whiskey, crafted in small batches and shaped by time. A mash bill led by corn for warmth and body, layered with rye for structure and spice, and finished with malted barley for depth. The result is a bourbon that’s bold without being overpowering - expressive, but composed.
Aging is where Rockpile truly finds its voice.
After 60 months in American oak barrels, the bourbon is finished briefly in French oak wine casks. Not long enough to dominate, just long enough to leave a mark. The finish adds nuance, texture, and a quiet nod to our wine roots, bridging two worlds without forcing either one.
At 90 proof, Rockpile Bourbon was bottled to be enjoyed how you like it. Neat. Over ice. In a cocktail. On a back road, at a dinner table, or somewhere in between. It’s structured, but approachable. Crafted, not precious. Every detail was chosen with intention: not to chase a trend, but to create something lasting.
Something that fits into real moments, real conversations, and real life.
This is Rockpile Bourbon.
Made for the many, not the few.
For the cowboys and the classy.
Made with life in mind.
