Rockpile Bourbon is the result of a lifetime of building, and five years of quiet dedication.

Henry Belmonte has spent decades creating and growing family-run businesses rooted in hospitality, craftsmanship, and connection. From food to wine, his approach has always been the same: build things with intention, surround yourself with good people, and never cut corners.

Rockpile Bourbon is rooted in time, not trends. It began as a personal project, developed alongside Paul Tauro- a close friend back East who shared the same respect for process, patience, and doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.

Over the course of five years, each decision was made deliberately. Barrels were selected carefully. Time was allowed to do its work. The goal was never speed, it was always character. 

​

Finished in wine barrels, Rockpile Bourbon reflects both where Henry comes from and what he believes in: honoring tradition while allowing evolution, trusting experience, and letting quality speak for itself.

 

This bourbon isn’t just a new chapter, it’s a continuation of a legacy built on family, hard work, and long-term vision. It’s not built for the moment- it’s built for the long haul.
